Name: Hannah – Pilates Brighton
Position: Pilates Instructor and Garuda Teacher.
Qualifications: Alan Herdman Pilates school.
Reviews: Hannah has been simply wonderful, I am an older lady and thought perhaps I was too old to start Pilates. Hannah set me at ease immediately and with her gentle encouragement and precise tuition I am beginning to get the hang of it. I consequently look forward to each and every one of my weekly sessions. Hannah’s Background: in theatre and physical movement and her love of Yoga and Garuda really add a unique twist to her classes. Bringing The Garuda Method to a discerning number of clients who wish to embrace this evolved form of Pilates, Yoga and continual movement.
