I needed Pilates to help with back ache and poor posture caused by sitting at a desk for too long. But as a man, I was reluctant to go to a Pilates class at my local gym and be the only man there. Besides the classes at the gym did not work for me due to my long working hours.
From my initial contact, Michael has been excellent. Arranging the sessions, understanding my needs and time constraints. He suggested Rita, who is amazing. She understood exactly what I needed without me even explaining, just from watching me do some of the exercises. She knows how to get the most out of me and push me when needed.
It has gone from being something that I have to do, to something that I now look forward to. My back ache has gone, my core strength and flexibility have improved vastly leading to a much better posture. From a Satisfied client 10-5-2017.

An individually tailored approach to each member of the family. With long term back conditions the Pilates offers an excellent alternative to the rigors of more conventional exercise. From Rosemary Shepherd of Shepherd Building Group.
